If your period is heavy enough to make you think about leaks all day, you need more than ordinary underwear.
This high waisted period underwear is made specifically for heavy flow, with four absorbent layers designed to hold up to 9 tampons worth of menstrual blood.
Soft organic cotton on your skin. A wicking layer to move moisture away. A leak resistant layer underneath.
And what about a little bladder leakage?
A little bladder leakage can happen when you sneeze, cough, laugh, exercise or move suddenly.
Regular underwear does not give you much protection against it.
The absorbent gusset gives you an additional layer of protection for light bladder leaks, so a small accident does not have to ruin your day.

Plan your pairs
Your needs depend on your flow and whether you wash and reuse during your period. One example: Heavy pairs for Days 1–2, then one Light pair daily for Days 3–5 or 6.
